Applies to all catered events except for box lunches.

  • Menu prices are based upon a 30 person minimum. There may be an up charge on specific items for parties under 30.
  • Basic necessary disposable service ware is included in the menu price. Upscale disposables and china are available at an additional charge.
  • A 17% service fee will be added to the final bill. This fee covers the cost of insurance, equipment usage, etc.
  • Confirmation of the exact number of guests is required no later than one week before the function. You will be billed for the guaranteed number.
  • A 50% deposit is required. The balance is due in full one week prior to the event. A date will not be held until a deposit is received and a contract signed.
  • T and J Catering reserves the right to retain all or part of the deposit in the event of a cancellation.
  • Menu prices are subject to change according to market. Written proposals are guaranteed for 30 days.
  • Service and bar staff are included at $12.00 per hour per staff member with a four hour minimum.
  • For buffet style events there will be one server for every 40 guests. For banquet plated meals there will be one server for every 12 guests. Any drink service requires an additional staff member.
  • Staff attire for formal events consist of either white or black dress shirts, black slacks, and black shoes. Casual attire consist of a polo style shirt and pants or shorts.
